On 28 April 2020, chiropterologist – Mr. Rafał Szkudlarek, visited bats in churches under renovation as part of the project. Renovation works have not been completed yet and will continue from November 2020. The facilities have been secured in a way that allows them to fulfill their functions in the current scope, while maintaining safety for both people and breeding colonies of bats.

According to the information provided, part of the horseshoe bat colony returned to the Church in Sieniawa. 30 specimens of this species were observed in the attic.

In the church in Równe, 50 specimens of the greater mouse-eared bat were observed.

We hope that our bat girls will like the renovations.
